Neelam was found hanging at about 3 AM today morning by her sister along with her husband and a son; he said “The reason behind her taking the extreme step is not clear yet. Her family says she did not manifest any signs of depression. After spotting Neelam hanging, the other family members informed Pawan, who had gone out. Pawan then rushed back home after getting the news”.
