Vijay Education: He joined Loyola College for Visual Communications in Chennai, but dropped out of the college.
Vijay Career: Vijay began his career in 1984 Tamil movie ‘Vetri’ as a child actor and his first debut movie ‘Naalaiya Theerpu’ released in 1992 as a film actor. The movie was directed by his father S.A. Chandrasekhar and produced by his mother Soba Chandrasekhar. The movie features: Vijay, Kerthana, Srividya, Radharavi and Sarath Babu. After released the movie was success at the box office and for the movie, he won the Cinema Express Award for new Face- Tamil.
He has doing so many movies, such as ‘Sendhoorapandi’, opposite co-stars: Vijayakanth and Gouthami Tadimalla. His next released movie ‘Rasigan’ in 1994, opposite stars: Sanghavi and Srividya. In 1995, Tamil movie ‘Devaa’, opposite co-stars: Sivakumar and Swathi.
Vijay most successful movie ‘Kadhalukku Mariyadhai’ released in 1997. The movie was directed by Fazil and produced by Sangili Murugan. The movie features: Vijay, Shalini, after released the movie was great success at the box office and for the movie, he won the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Actor and Cinema Express Award for Best Actor.
