She is best known for her films like as Rakht Charitra (2010), Paathshaala (2010), Dostana (2008), Golmaal (2006), and Kyaa Kool Hai Hum (2005).Susmita Mukherjee is an extremely talented, over-confident and smiling looks like film actress. She did her studied from Jesus and Mary College in Delhi. She was married to film director Sudhir Mishra. After sometimes they are divorced, then Sushmita was married to film actor and producer Raja Bundela and both couples have two children, their names are Raja and Rajeshwar Pratap Singh.
