He was born on 24-Jan-1945 in Nagpur, British India. Subhash Ghai has also worked in so many Hindi movies and got his own Identity in Hindi Cinema. He was popular for his movie Hero released in 1985. Subhash Ghai began his film career as an actor with supporting roles in six movies, such as Taqdeer (1967), Aradhana (1971), Umang (1970), Gumraah (1976), etc. His first debut Hindi movie 'Kalicharan' in 1976 as a film director.
Director Subhash Ghai has also worked with so many Hindi movies with Veteran Actor Dilip Kumar, some movies names are: Vidhaata (1982), Karma (1986), and Saudagar (1991). Director Subhash Ghai Hindi movie 'Saudagar' is one of the most successful movies in their career. For the movie, he also won the Filmfare Best Director Awards.
