He was born to film producer Bittu Anand, who has produced Amitabh Bachchan starrer hit film ‘Shahenshah’. He is the grandfather of Inder Raj Anand, who is the Screenwriter and wrote more than 120 movies. Siddharth Raj Anand is the nephew of film actor Tinnu Anand. He has directed so many films and best known for his film Salaam Namaste in 2005 and also writer of Hum Tum released in 2004. Siddharth Raj Anand is married to Mamta Bhatia-Anand and they have a son named Ranveer Anand. Siddharth Raj Anand first debut film Salaam Namaste released in 2005 as a director.
