Raveena Tandon is an Indian film actress, producer and former model who works for mainly Bollywood movies. She is well known for his films Patthar Ke Phool (1991), Dilwale (1994), Mohra (1994), Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi (1996), Ziddi (1997). She has got high response for her performances in films like Aks (2001), Satta (2003), Shool (1999), and Sandhya (2002). She has also worked with some Tamil, Kannada and Telugu films.Raveena Tandon was born on 26-Oct-1969 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She is the daughter of director-producer Ravi Tandon and Veena Tandon. She is the brother of Rajiv Tandon and her cousin sister Kiran Rathod, is an Indian film actress and other cousin sister Reshma Singh, is a television actress and a third cousin brother Vishal Singh, is an actor for TV serials. She did her schooling from Jamnabai Narsee School in Juhu and completed her college life from Mithibai College. She has adopted two girls Pooja and Chhaya. Raveena Tandon is married to film distributor Anil Thadani on 22-February-2004 and both couples have two children; their names are Rasha and Ranbir.
She started her film career in 1991 Hindi film Patthar Ke Phool and for the film, she won the Filmfare Lux New Face Award. During the 90s, she was worked with so many commercial successes films such as Dilwale (1994), Mohra (1994), Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi (1996) and Ziddi (1997). She has got his critical response for her performances in films such as Aks (2001), Satta (2003), Shool (1999), and Sandhya (2002). Raveena has also won the National Film Award for Best Actress for film Daman: A Victim of Morital Violence in 2001.
