He is best known for his films like as Company (2002), Bhoot (2003), Zameen (2003), Ek Hasina Thi (2004), Dus (2005), Khosla Ka Ghosla (2006), Tere Bin Laden (2010) and Delhi Belly (2011) etc. Rajendra Sethi first debut film Company released in 2002.

He is married to Sushma Sethi and both couples have two children, their names are Gayantika and Sarthak.
