Imtiaz Ali Biography: Imtiaz Ali was born on June 16, 1971 in Jamshedpur, state of Jharkhand. He is an Indian Bollywood film director and writer. He is a tall actor with a height of 5 feet 5 inch. He is belongs to Muslim family. Imtiaz Ali was born to Mansoor Ali and his brother name is Arif Ali. Imtiaz Ali first debut Hindi movie ‘Socha Na Tha’ released in 2005. He was married to Preety Ali.
Education: Imtiaz Ali has completed his schooling life in St. Michael’s School in Patna; Bihar then attended D.B.M.S. English School in Jamshedpur. After completed his schooling life, he joined University of Delhi, then moved to Mumbai and joined Xavier Institute of Communication for Diploma Course.
Career: Imtiaz Ali started his career as a Director for TV Programs, such as:  ‘Purushkshetra’ on Zee TV, ‘Imtehaan ‘on Star Plus. After TV Program, he moved to Bollywood movies in 2005.
His first Hindi movie as a film director and writer ‘Imtiaz Ali’. The movie produced by Dharmendra and features: Abhay Deol, Ayesha Takia, Apoorva Jha, Rati Agnihotri, Ayesha Jhulka and Suresh Oberoi. The movie was released on 4 March 2005, after released the movie, the movie was success at the box office.
His second released Hindi movie ‘Jab We Met’ directed by Imtiaz Ali and produced Dhillin Mehta. The movie features: Shahid Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Dara Singh, Pawan Malhotra, Kiran Juneja, Saumya Tandon and Brijendra Kala. ‘Jab We Met’ released on 26 October 2007. After released, the movie was super-hit at the box office.
Then, Imtiaz Ali next movie a film director and writer ‘Love Aaj Kal’. The movie produced by Saif Ali Khan and Dinesh Vijan. The movie star-cast: Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, Rishi Kapoor and Giselle Monteiro. His next movie ‘Rockstar’, directed by Imtiaz Ali. The movie produced by Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd and Eros International. The movie features: Ranbir Kapoor, Nargis Fakhri, Shammi Kapoor and Moufid Aziz. The movie music is composed by A.R.Rahman. The movie was released on 11 November 2011, after released, the movie was blockbuster hit at the box office.
