Dibakar Banerjee is an Indian Hindi film director and screenwriter who work for mainly Bollywood movies. He is best known for his films Khosla Ka Ghosla released in 2006 and Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye! Released in 2008.He was born on 2-June-1969 in the nearby Karol Bagh, New Delhi, India. He did his studied from Bal Bharti Public School in Delhi. After completed his schooling career, he joined National Institute of Design in Ahmedabad. Dibakar Banerjee is married to Richa Puranesh and both couples have live in Mumbai with their daughter.
Dibakar Banerjee started his film career in 2006 Hindi film ‘Khosla Ka Ghosla’ and second was released Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye! in 2008 and for these movies, he won the National FilmAwards. After that, he was directed most commercial successful film ‘Love Sex Aur Dhokha’ released in 2010 and then worked with actor Emraan Hashmi film ‘Shanghai’ released in 2013. Then followed by so many movies and got his own Identity in Bollywood film Industry.
